Our philosophy

Knowledge should move people forward.

Most of what helps us work, learn and live better is already known. It just gets lost after a course, a document or a good intention. We build practical products that turn it into the next step you actually take.

The hard part is rarely knowing what to do. It's making sure it happens.

Teams already know their processes. Learners already have the rule book. Most of us already know the routine we meant to keep.

The gap opens after the knowledge is shared. A step gets forgotten, practice never happens, a due date slips, and the day fills up with everything else.

Each of our products closes that gap in its own corner of everyday life, by putting the right next step in front of people at the right moment.

About us

Where creativity meets engineering.

Elewave Work is an independent product studio based in the Netherlands. We pair out-of-the-box ideas with careful engineering to build products that solve everyday problems in ways people don't expect.

How we started

Elewave Work grew out of Elewave, a platform for turning processes and training into scheduled, trackable work. That product is now MicroSchedule.

Building it showed us the same pattern everywhere: people usually know what to do, they just need help making it happen. So we kept going and tried less obvious angles: a driving simulator with an AI coach to learn Dutch traffic rules, and a stack of widgets that turns every new tab into a calm start.

Today we mix creative ideas with solid engineering, pick problems we care about and ship focused products for them.
